What we do

A free to join employer network taking effective action on domestic abuse

The Employers’ Initiative on Domestic Abuse (known as EIDA - pronounced 'eye-duh') supports large and small organisations that together represent more than 25% of the UK workforce, to take effective action on domestic abuse.

Only through greater awareness, relationship building and the sharing of best practice can we make a systemic change to domestic abuse in the UK. We believe that every employer has an important role in making change happen.
