Many workplaces have made great strides over the last decade or so to protect and nurture the mental health of their employees. Can we learn from the way employers have gone about transforming workplace mental health as we develop and implement effective workplace responses to domestic abuse?
This event sets out to raise awareness about domestic abuse amongst employers, to inspire them to support their employees and to equip them with practical guidance about how to do this.
The session will provide an opportunity to hear from experts in the fields of law and health, and with lived experience of domestic abuse, and share ideas on how support for those impacted by domestic abuse can form part of the broader wellbeing strategy.
This is a great opportunity to connect with other employers, share learnings from your organisational experience, ask questions, and engage with a community of people all dedicated to tackling domestic abuse, supporting survivors and creating workplaces where people can thrive.
We will also welcome Hestia to announce the recipients of the Everyone’s Business Award, in recognition of employers that have demonstrated exceptional leadership to tackle domestic abuse.
