HR professionals standing shoulder to shoulder against domestic abuse
We invite HR professionals to sign the ‘HR Charter against Domestic Abuse’. Whilst EIDA membership is for organisations, the HR Charter is a commitment for individuals developed in collaboration with Working Futures, by and for HR professionals. In signing the HR Charter, HR professionals commit to raise awareness of domestic abuse wherever they work.
Supporting colleagues

How was the HR Charter developed?
EIDA partnered with Working Futures (previously CIRCAL), an organisation that plays a leading role in transforming the world of work and HR practices. Together we ran a series of online sessions with hundreds of HR professionals to increase awareness of domestic abuse. It was clear then, as it is today, that there is still so much more that employers could be doing. Who better placed to take the lead on this important work than HR professionals themselves? Through a process of workshops and iterative development, we produced the HR Charter against domestic abuse.
