“I am honoured to become a member of EIDA’s Advisory Council. From my experiences creating a domestic abuse support and awareness programme at my former employer, Gowling WLG, I have seen first-hand the vital role employers can have in helping colleagues who are enduring abuse. Time and again I have seen that seemingly small steps by employers can have lifechanging and lifesaving impacts on the colleagues they are supporting. EIDA is a unique collective of employers who can leverage their experiences to share best practice for the benefit of other companies and their most precious assets - their people - and I am proud to support them as a member of their Advisory Council.” - Lorna Gavin

"We are honoured to welcome Lorna Gavin to our Advisory Council. Lorna has shown exceptional leadership in business, driving corporate responsibility, diversity, and inclusion, and has considerable experience promoting award-winning social initiatives. We are excited to work alongside her to further EIDA’s mission and create change." – Elizabeth Filkin, Advisory Council President
