CEO
Susan leads the team at EIDA, working with our employer members and other organisations to achieve our vision of every employer in the UK taking effective action on domestic abuse.
Previously, Susan spent her career at global law firm, Hogan Lovells, where she was the Managing Partner for the UK and Africa, a member of the global executive, and the firm's first Global Managing Partner for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Responsible Business. She is a Non-executive Director of the MindForward Alliance and Chair of 50:50 Parliament.
Director of Operations
Catherine manages the governance, people, operations and finances of EIDA with responsibility for individual projects.
Previously Catherine worked for the What Works Centre for homelessness (CHI), supporting the charity and the CEO through a period of rapid growth. She also led operations at FareShare and has held diverse project management roles across the non-profit sector.
Head of Membership & Engagement
Ayesha manages EIDA's engagement and relationship with members, EIDA Beacons, domestic abuse sector partners and group of EIDA Ambassadors. Previously, Ayesha worked as an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate and violence against women and girls strategic lead within the City of London.

Kristina Green

Membership Coordinator
Kristina supports EIDA's engagement with members, Beacons, and sector partners, bringing with her a background rooted in education and a heart dedicated to social impact. A former biology teacher, she transitioned into learning and development roles across various sectors. Drawing from her lived experience of domestic abuse, Kristina is deeply committed to EIDA’s mission and passionate about empowering employers to create safer and more supportive workplaces.
Communications and Engagement Coordinator
Kristin is responsible for EIDA’s communications outputs, branding, its website and social media content - liaising with members, sectors partners, and government. While she previously worked in security and Defence research, her main background is in gender equality advocacy and sexual violence prevention. In addition to her work with EIDA, Kristin is the Policy and Advocacy Coordinator for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Modern Conflict. She co-leads the Women in International Security (WIIS) UK network and gives guest lectures on international terrorism.
